More balance cut (charged)

I hav airtel prepaid friends card. i hav called one local airtel no. on 6 Dec. at 10:05 pm.(happy hours period).i hav talked for 17 mins. for that i hav charged balance of Rs. 17.THis is wrong, by 10 paise/min, coreect charge should be only Rs 1.70, hence exceed amount should be refund in my a/c. this happen so many times before to many customer. plz pay attention immediately.
