I purchased a 1.5 Ton window AC from CROMA SG road Ahmedabad on 16 Jun 11 and was promised free installation of the same within 48 Hrs. The company reps started demanding money and material for installation subsequently (upto Rs 1900) and even after 72 Hrs, nobody has turned up.
I had to finally spend money from my pocket get the AC installed on my own.
