I had purchased BlackBerry 9300 (White) from Indira Switch, Hawa Sarak, Jaipur vide their Invoice no Cash3386 dated 7.10.2011.
The said handset is under one years warranty. There is some problem with the software and it is auto dialling or auto sending messages and pictures. I approached the service centre redington India Ltd, C Scheme Jaipur with the complaint on 20.6.2012 but they said the handset would take 15 dasy time to get it repaired.
My question here is why should i settle for a repair when it is under warranty. To day you shall repair it and if the problem reoccur after the warranty i shall be held up and at the same time pay money for the repair.
I insist on replacing the handset and settle for nothing less.
PLease look into the issue and arrange for replacing the handset immediatly. I repeat i want to replace the cell with a new one. I hope you shall act as per your reputation.
