Keypad issue

I have a se w580i. And now its keypad has cracked for the third time. The service centers are very prompt in taking that phone and repairing it with another faulted keypad. I ask them for a permanent solution, like a refund, they tell me its against their company policy. The apparent thing is, their policy is to cheat the customers of their money.
