I had put in a service request for the installation and repair of my Eureka Forbes aqua guard. The request was registered with id SRI26/4. I was assured that somebody from service department would get in touch with me. But i just kept on waiting. I gave repeated calls to call center and got apologizing responses with everytime a new false promise that somebody will be sent on the same day. I tried to contact their manager Ms Veena also. But i think she is also part of the game coz she never picks up her phone.
More so their is no grievance link in the Eureka Forbes website. To add to my pain, the site boasts of the best service.
Can somebody suggest me what can we do as an individual against these companies who take their customer for granted.
