Non Delivery of Washing machine

I purchased a LG washing machine from DASS Electricals, Pune.

Due to some reason, Dass Electricals is closed for some time and they haven't delivered the washing machine, inspite of paying the full cost of washing machine.

I am facing lot of problems due to this. Please take proper action
