Iam not getting my mobile back

I had given my moile nokia (6300) in Ameerpet Hyderabad india..long back i.e., on 14/02. so far i dint get my mobile back around more than 5 months its completed ..the customer care people are not responding properly..so can you please take action and when i can get my mobile let me know your valuable feedback Please.
