I have been traying to chase this order since last 10 days and already informed the company that I will be going out of town on Monday i.e. today. And further requested them to ensure that they send me correct product by Friday but unfortunately it never happened. I received the product today but it was faulty and not even complete. I called up customer care and they are asking me to again wait for 48hrs. When I asked them to let me speak with the manager they saying that its not possible. The said company is very non-professional and dealing with them is not at all possible. I have already missd my Saturday's flight because of them and it seems I have to again miss todays flight as well. I am very irritated and I dont want same situtaion to happen with any one else. As if now would highly appreciate if some strict action can be taken against them.
