Defective microwave oven

Dear Sir,

On 21st October, I, Debjani Roy, Phone no- 9831268511, had brought a washing machine & a microwave oven from Ananda Mela, gariahat. The washing machine had been installed by Mr. Bappa. A boy named Arun Dinda had cum to install the microwave oven & had found it defective. The water is not getting heated. He had told us to replace it. I had sent u two emails but u didn't reply it. So I shall be grateful if u replace it as soon as possible or else I will reflect thus issue in leading newspapers.
