This is with regards to my brand new Blackberry Torch 9860 mobile which I have purchased from Ezone outlet at Infinity Mall, Malad (W), Mumbai on 2nd June.
After a month only there is a blue line which comes on the left hand side of the screen and when I got it checked at your outlet and at Blackberry Service Centre they have informed me that the piece is defective and needs to be sent to the Blackberry factory.
I asked your representatives at Ezone outlet to get it replaced for which they said big NO. I would like to ask you if something happens while using the phone who will be responsible for it? I need my handset for my day to day work and I cannot afford to send it to the factory for checking.
I am surprised to see that at Ezone which is a part of Future Group are selling the defective products to the customer.
I request Consumer Complaint Forum to help me in getting this defective handset replaced.
