Regarding airtel mobile[pre-paid] connection of no- 9935854219 a life time connection where in coneection for incomming and out going call have been stopped for last many months.on enquiry from airtel costumer care [ in september-07] they have initially said that initial forms and needful certificates have not be received by them, however om intimating them later again that the connection was operationl for around a year when this disconnectin was done they have intimated that address verification has not be in order.however i am to submit that they have not carried the same properly leading to wrongful disconnection /limitation of phone usage.my complaint lodged with custommer care has not been properly attended to as customer care [u.p. east] has asked [telephonically] to resubmit fresh new forms.
