Samsung / Microwave Oven
Terrible after sales service

I bought a microwave of Samsung make 37 liters. It started giving out smoke after few months. The complaint was registered with Samsung service center on 29th June. As on 12th August I am struggling to get the services. The response is extremely poor and bad. Inspite of several promises also they never turn up for the services.
