This is to inform all that i bought my nokia N 73 music edition on 14/10 with imei no 356406016392176.but unfortunately on the month of january this year my mobile had started given me problem by switching it off automatically showing black screen. I went to nokia care noida and speak with Mr Rahul the executive present there at that time and reported the whole incident to them, at that time they replaced my mobile handset and even assured me if this kind of problem happen again in future Nokia will replace my handset within in the warranty time.
Now On 5/8 my mobile again showed the same problem with automatically shutting down on its own and some speaker problem, i again went to the noida center and narrated the history of my mobile to them. Even again the person present on desk assured me that at this time my mobile will get changed. Even i spoke with Mr NISHU their team Head. On the second day ie 6/08 i got my Repaired mobile back. When i checked at home it showed the same problem by switching it off again and even the incoming voice is too bad to understand.
So Again on the next day ie 7/08 i went to them and spoke with mr NISHU about this situation and he assured me that this time your mobile get replaced, but till now my mobile is still with NOKIA and i dont have any idea whether the NOKIA will give me this temporary repaired handset or the new one.
If this is the kind of Customer Services Nokia provides to its so old customers, I am unable to understand what kind of Customer-satisfaction they are speaking about. No one even give a Damper on the seriousness of this situation and the amount of pain what i suffered in this. These things make me wonder why should anybody buy an authorized Nokia Set if we people are not getting proper services from them.
