I have purchsed laptop on 11 september after two dats laptop got problem & it got hanged. after contacted with Dell Techniocal support they told me that problem with Hard disk so they will replace that.
On 25 th september Dell engineer visited at my home He Replace Hard disk & DVD drive but due to Unavailibility of Operating System Disk i could not checked Laptop at that time,
so again i booked complaint for OS Cd. after 15 days later i got OS Cd but still laptop not working, On 8 octomber 2010 I gain called customer care & spoken with Dell Technical Support. & I asked about Replacement of my sysytem.
On 8/10 they promise to give me replacement of whole system.
Today is 18/11.
but i'm not received any replacement.
such poor service of Dell
