No attending service

Our dishwasher has been broken down since 20th July (about a month ago). A representative had come previously who checked our dishwasher said that there was a problem with the panel which had to be replaced at bearable costs. We agreed to this. A few days later another representative showed up with the panel. He checked the machine and said that instead of the panel there was a problem with the motor. We agreed to repair the motor too at a bearable cost. There has been no sign of any representative after that. We have called the IFB service station many a times. The phones were kept off the hook. There was no one available to cooperate with us. This is an issue of really very poor service. If this is the way of your, service then I'm sure that I wont recommend IFB to anyone given the state of such poor services given to customers.
