I ordered a Kenstar Microwave (23 lit Conventional) using site http://www.edigiworld.com/. As per their site along with the microwave I was to be given a Microwave startup kit but when the microwave was delivered there was no startup kit along with it.
I contacted customer care and also wrote mails to customer care mail id mentioned on the site.
Soon I got a reply from a customer care person about my order number and in next few days he called me up and told that for free items a new order needs to be created and he has done that and i will receive the startup kit in few days.
The trannsaction hapenned on 29th Jan and till date I haven't received any startup kit from Kenstar. After that many times I wrote on the mail id and tried to contact the person but no one replied.
Is this the way digiworld does customer care?
