I am using Dish TV since long, Recently I have purchased another dish TV for me, there was a 1 month free pack offer, I asked to recharge 2month family pack (165 165) But it automatically converting to exiting package with less validity days (i.e not showing me the due date is after 2 month from date of recharge) One more thing the while we call to your tool free number (customer care) it deducing our main balance, even if we convene/complain to your customer care regarding family pack recharge they avoiding to discuss by saying that UR not valid consumer and so on?
so here with I request you to update/make correction to the costmer record that U kept in record. most up your data entry operater entering wrong information of the customer so they are soffering while intracting with your costomer care executive, they easlly saing that U r not valid customer.so as to avoid this please
so will you please revert the last recharge to 2 month family pack (165 165) pls do it needful.
and send sms to my DISH TV after solve the complain.
