Bought a hand mixer of Murphy Richards 8 months back now it is not working properly. Its been 15 days since I have logged a complaint and no one has come to attend the same even after repeated assurances that it will be done by the end of the day& do not recommend anyone to buy any product of this company if it is after sales service ur looking for.
