As per discussed with the distributor I have paid Rs 350 for 2 month family pack. Relay we are very much dis-satisfied with your poor and monopoly service. DISH TV compiling us to recharge Platinum packages which we don't need. Like wise you are doing your monopoly service after money is deposited to you account
For kind information I have paid for 2 month family pack, but why you are recharging as per your wish, we are not interested with your Platinum package .why are you compiling us in Platinum package.
Relay we are very much dis-satisfied with your poor and monopoly service. You are not giving any choice of choosing package.
Immediate action to needed at your end to convert all my account to family pack
