Non functioning of water purifie

Sir,

I am very unpleasant to sent you this complaint because I am several time ago also complaint to your customer care regarding non- functioning of the purifier. As earlier the co. is sent a representative to my address for the correction of the fault in the purifier and replaced the candle in the system. but only after two day the problem in purifier start again i.e not give proper water (purified water).then I again contact your customer care for the problem and they told me that they send their technical person to the may address to the very next day but on the next day the no representative is arrived at my address till date in due course I am several time contact customer care they always give promise to send their representative but all the complaint not heard properly and no person from the company is arived till date to my address. therefore I have to purchase the water from the market for my daily consumption further it is harm me finacially.

It is requested to kindly look in to the matter as it harm the image of your company as well as faith of the customer in your co.
