I purchased Sony Ericsson U10i Aino IMEI:356815030902929 on 26-Feb.
It used to hang frequently so I had to update it so as to get rid of the problem. Also, whenever I slided back my phone, the display vanished and it took 3-4 seconds to display the screen. Also, the flash was not working. I couldn't get to know from when this flash problem started because I had set its setting to automatic. It had Bluetooth headset which was to be charged individually and using it uses a lot of handset battery.
Finally I made a complaint Work-order Number: SE311PMS10037 on Jan 11 at Premalika Marketing services, Opposite Dukhiniwaran Gurdwara Sirhind road Patiala Punjab.
I told them the problems and in symptom code they mentioned "display flickers"only. It has been 56 days, I have been calling them after 4-5 days and visited them 3 times but the reply I get: "Sorry, We could not do anything as that part is not available". One of the staff-members told me not to disturb them by calling again and again. They have asked me to take the handset back or to file a complaint in consumer court as they are helpless". I asked them if the part is not available kindly change the handset but they had no reply. I called up Mr. Arpal Singh (The head of Punjab Region) but he also gave me the same excuse. Also, I called up customer care numbers but all in vain.
Kindly help me as I am a student I cannot afford to miss my lectures for visiting service center and consumer court.
