I bought Intex DVD player with 2 speakers, pen drive and cordless headpone on 18th April but but the cordless did not function and the power indicator button was not ONing. Hence I asked for replacement after calling up several times. Finally they took the product for replacement on 21st April and promised to replace within ten working days. After this I didn’t receive my product even calling up many times and one of the call centre executive even disconnected my call which made me get frustrated. At last the call got transferred to manager where she promised maximum I will receive my product within Wednesday but nothing had happened.
I didn’t expected this kind of professional service from homeshop18 which made to never think of homeshop18 products. And I don’t understand that until you receive cash from the customer we will be receiving the call saying ‘’please keep cash ready at the time of delivery’ but after making the payment we have to follow up with courier people for replacement of the product. For a customer first point of contact is Homeshop18 if the payment is done to product, you should make sure that product reaches the customer with any probs and incase of any probs. if i dont get my product i will never choose Homeshop18 ever and update the same to all of my frends
