This is to bring to your notice that I, Amish M. Bhimani has found one of the item missing [i.e dvd onida player], from the cargo delivered to my address i.e c/o. Mahesh P. Bhimani, Veera Desai rd., andheri[west].

The complaint for the same has been lodged to your mumbai office. But no action has been taken so far.
