I purchased micro SD card from eBay on 18-03 using my credit card. I gave my address but the item not delivered to me still. Actually the courier company DTDC does not have services in my given area. So the item could not be delivered to me. But the eBay rejected my refund requst and did not provide any proof that the item delivered to me.
