I purchased through eBay India Blackberry Curve 8100 New from the seller called AGM Mobiles- Newdelhi. I paid through Paisapay. I received the handset with the description not at all matching with the product. When it was started it showed T- Mobile and took long time to come to the main menu. All the total menus opened up very very slowly upon clicking them. The main drawback was the camera which was described as 2 megapixel, but it was so worst that the image was total blare and also it was emitting the image total Black and White. I had written mail both to the seller AGM Mobiles and eBay for the refund of amount, which is still not met out. I had send the handset back to the seller upon advice from eBay and the seller
I talked with the customer care staff through online chat in eBay but they said they have not received any mail from the seller and now the seller is telling he will refund the amount in a week's time.
Why this delay when the payment has been done properly and for refund it would take one week when I have already sent the faulty handset to the seller??
I need the refund of the same from eBay at the earliest.
