E bay - sony NP -BGI rechargable battery

Dear sir,

I received a defective battery from e bay (order no. PaisaPay ID 27496224843), so i raised a warranty clime (claim no:23289, Item Id 380263910574). no body is responding, i send back the def material to the merchandiser-Sabeena Merchant116, Imamwada Road, Karimabad CHS, Bldg No - 3, 1st Floor, Room No - 38, Bhendi BazarMumbai, India 400009Contact number:9867723280. through blue dart courier (docket - no. 13018926642) the same is received on 19th oct. nobody contacted yet or no resposnse to my mails.

how can I get the replacement or get back the mony.
