Defective compresso

Ref my complaint dated 27 decalready registered with you.

The firm did not so far attend to warranty replacement of defective compressor and i had already suffered without refrigerator since 12 oct11.

Hence I have scrapped the refigerator and bought another new frig costing about Rs1- to store my food items.

I hereby claim from the company the cost of Rs1-of a new frig of similar capacity and additional Rs 5000/- as the compensation for the loss and damges to food items and the harrasment I had been put through due to indifferent attitude of the company to my several calls..

Total amount claimed Rs 17000/-
