I purchased an Electrulux Refrigerator Model (EDL 244) on 06th Feb 10. Last 60 days I am struggling as it's having cooling problem. We are not able to use the Refrigerator at all.
First complain was registered on 26th Aug 10, Service Engineer came after a week, checked & repaired. But the problem still got unsolved. Again after repeated complains, last week another service engineer attended the problem. He remarked the PCB is to be replaced & will be attended within 48 HRS... never came back.
Till date this problem is unsolved. I am as a customer is frustrated. If the problem can't be solved please replace the refrigerator or refund my hard earned money.
