This is to inform you that at Pal Hotel -Clock Tower Ghantaghar Meerut City (Western Uttrpradesh) is not paying the electricity bill for more than 2 years. Then also they have not been penalised for the same. In 16 rooms electricity they are getting free of cost and have installed one faulty meter also for electricty theft.
