Company activates the different packs without customer's permisson and then deducts the amount and after complains also they just know to say "sorry... we can't remitt your balance" and their customer care executives are also not ready to understand they just trained to say sorry aap ka din subh rahey and airtel me call karne ke liye sukhriya etc...
