Service request not being attended properly

I had purchased one refregirator Electrolux 285 FF Ozone Prem M Silver on

31.08. the product bears a warranty of 5 years on the compressor.

Warranty card and invoice of purchase etc are available with us.

From last two years number of times it has stopped functioning.

Recently it had got some problem and stopped cooling again. We have lodged complaint also on Customercare number and were alotted the compliant no LUC2504100058.

However inspite of repeated reminders noone attended to the calls and came for the checking of products. After sometime even after it was taken by electrolux people and we paid around 1500 rupees despite being in warranty period the cooling is not yet started. PLEASE GUIDE.
