I had booked a complaint for Refrigerator not cooling on the 18th of May. Some one visited us on the 19th but he was not competent. It was apparent that less gas is the problem but this guy just adjusted the fan and went away. He came next day i.e. 20th and said that looks like gas is the problem. He said some senior person will come on 21st to fill the gas. I did get a call from some one on the 20th that he will come on 21st but nobody turned up. We were without a fridge in this heat for more than 4 days! So we got a local guy to come in and fill the gas and the fridge is working fine now. Today I called up Electrolux service and they said that today 23rd they have allocated my complaint to an engineer for gas filling!!
I have had similar experinec earlier too. There products are good but service is bad.
