This is to draw your kind attention that I had purchased a Refrigerator of Electrolux make ER245L Ozone Premium AUB RED from Refrigerators and Home appliances (Pvt) Ltd 213, anna salai Chennai 600002 on 31/12 and since then the machine has been giving trouble like, improper cooling, insulation problem, fan problem etc. The servicing has been done in first three months continuously and it was replaced thereafter after 6 months. Now again the replaced machine is troubling a lot like noise pollution, improper cooling etc.
So, kindly intervene and give your valuable advice immediately to your office. Moreover, I am in terrible situation as my daughter is appearing to ICSE Exam and I am passing on the Summer days without refrigerator.
