Electrolux india microwave oven
Door broken and not repaired even after 4 months

I gave a complaint of broken door of my oven in May. one person came and took rs 350.00 as inspection charge. said he will come and replace the broken door. iam waiting for our months and he never came. is electrolux so desparte that it cheats rs 350.00 even?
