I purchased the refrigerator from dealer Durgapuri Chowk, Loni Road, Shahdara, delhi since approx 3-1/2 years and there was additional four year warranty on compressor.
Some months before, it stopped cooling. i lodged the complaint on customer care service center then the technical staff mohit – 9310884324 told me that your compressor and gas is not working and it will have to replaced and around 2500 rs will be charges including visiting charges. We agreed and he replaced the compressor in warranty period and paid to for gas rifling and replace of parts approx rs. 1300/- (paras electronic service centre) but again same problem happens within a week again mohit visit at home and replace the parts then its ok and fine. Again same problem happens in last week and now fridge is totally not working and lodged the compliant then I got a call from service center he confirmed my complaint and told me our technical staff charged 220/- for visiting and if any parts will change then you will paid for them.
Today, technical staff mohit again visit my home and told me when you pay 2500/- for exchange of freezer then i start service. I called to service provider at 09711882007 that yesterday your visit clearly told me on mobile no any charges taken from you, my technical staff come tommarro and repair all its.
But mohit go back without any information from home and told my wife without pay i can't repair as per my office instructions.
Sir i got frustrated just by lodging the complaint. For your kind information I am writing to you for your telecaller service centre - 18004194040 poor service, I am dialing last six time in within 1 ½ hours, every time ask my contact nos. and I told everybody for asking for your seniors they every time hold me for 10 minutes in mobile and not give any response at least called died. If such a reputated company will do like this, who will believe. This was a very bad experience to us and as such we will never promote anyone to buy electrolux products.
We feel that the company should look into the matter and provide us a solution as soon as possible and if the service center has charged us wrongly then a refund should b made to us.
I don’t understand, how come the product of such a reputed international company’s product gets defected within such a short time and then asked to pay again and again and the lesson of guarantee is taught to the customer. It is really disgusting and not acceptable and I wish to throw from home. As on trying contacting the concern person of Electrolux service centre, I was said that they are helpless and don’t care if we complaint the company.
