SINCE I PURCHASED AN ELECTROLUX REFRIGERATOR MODEL ERP 285 FF, SR.NO. 63801504 SOME TIME IN 2007 IT IS GIVING TROUBLE REGULARLY, I.E. DEFECTIVE TIMER (2 TIMES), LEAKAGE OF WATER (FOUR TIMES) AND AT PRESENT DEFECT COULD NOT FIND OUT BY SERVICE TECHNICIAN AND TAKEN TO THEIR SERVICE CENTRE (MONDAL APPLIANCES, 87/10 AKSHOY KUMAR MUKHERJEE ROAD, KOLKATA 700090) AND THE PREVIOUS ONE WAS SOME PAUL ELECTRONICS FROM SAME AREA AS MONDAL APPLIANCES. BOTH ARE ELECTROLUX COMPANYS AUTHORIED SERVICE CENTRES. AFTER ALL THE PREVIOUS SERVICES THE TROUBLES RETURNED IN NO TIME AND THE PRESENT CASE THE MONDAL APPLIANCES TOOK THE REFRIGERATOR ON 25/3 SAYING IN 3 DAYS THEY WOULD RETURN THE REFRIGERATOR AFTER REPAIRING IT . ALREADY SIX DAYS PASSED AND STILL THEY ARE NOT SURE OF THE FAULT AND SAID NEED SOME MORE DAYS TO FIND THE FAULT AND REPAIR IT. BUT LAST TWO DAYS SAID REPAIR COMPLETED AND WOULD SENT TO MY HOME ANY TIME. ALL THESE THINGS PROVED THAT FIRSTLY ELECTROLUX COMPANY USED INFERIOR TECHNOLOGY

AND THEIR AFTER SALE SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR TOO. EARLIER I COMPLAINED BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR END.
