Faulty chimney and cook top

We have purchased elica chimney and cook top from Gurgaon in the month of February. Within a month of the purchase the chimney became faulty and one of the stove is not working. We are following with local technicians for the last few months and everyday get consolations that our complaints will be attended. We are following up on daily basis and beg them to offer the services. Now I am writing to you directly with a hope that our problems will be resolved.
