I purchased an elicia Chimney and Hob Last year from Nobel Enterprises. Those crooks disappered after delivering the product.despite repeated calls to come and install it, noone did it. evetually we were sent someone from divine enterprises to do the installation. Since that date noone is reachable by phone. Looks like all these shops in Bangalore have closed down.

I have issues with the burners chipping of and the rubber beneath the knobs degrading. Suction no longer works. Toll Free number 18002330007 is crap..Noone picks up the call.

I have sent emails to Customer care and noone has responded till date. Has this company left India?

The instruction manual says that the charcoal filter needs to be replaced ver frequently. what do we do if noone is even picking up the calls for some basic servicing??

Since Suction is no longer working, I tried to contact someone to clean it. But in vain. I tried to clean the insides of the chimney and I bruised myself badly. I wonder if my charoal filter is working..

I would like to sue thus company for the services they are providing and I am ready to go to any lengths. I fear tomorrow when this hob stops working..What do we do in that case, Do you expect us to remove this unit and thow it into the trash.. Did we invest 50K for this?
