Not provided order even after paying full payment

Respected Sir,

My name is Sunny Y. Mavawala. I have placed an order of an Induction Cooker through emartindia.com on 8th March. Two months are going to be completed but still I have not got my product. Number of times I have complained to the customer care of emartindia on number 0124-3041000. But every time customer care executive suggests me to wait for 7 days. At the end of 7 days when I call to customer care, again I am suggested to wait for further 7 days. In such a way 2 months are going to be completed on this 8th May but still I have not got even a correct status of my product though I have already paid the full payment. I think customer care executives are hiding some facts regarding to my product and such a way making me fool. You are kindly requested do some needful in this direction so that in future not a single customer will be betrayed by such consumers.
