Thank you very much for attending the complain. It was really a prompt service. The job was executed on Saturday, i.e. 31.12.2011 at 12 Noon. The timmer and metal censor were changed and I had been instructed by the technician who had visited and done the job, to switch on the refrigerator only after 4-5 hours time. He actually allowed the clogged ice to melt. The machine is functioning well.

Thank you very much for the service. My only suggestion is to give the customer the complain number along with document for the service render and the necessary part (components) changed by the technician. Simply collecting money without giving any receipt gives wrong signals whether the job has been carried out with customer's satisfaction or not. The receipt should be given to customer with an assurance for the component replaced on charge basis, that it will serve atleast for a period with undertaking.
