Had purchased a Espirit watch from your chennai store on 8 th june.By July, it had stopped running. Took it to your hyderabad store, where i live, for a check. They sent it to mumbai and gave it back after 2 weeks. It again stopped again y'day and shop again says they would like to send it to mumbai instead of sending it back to espirit and getting a replacement or money back.
Pls tell me why i should continue to shop at Shopper's stop.
