This is with regret i have to inform you that my set has developed problems the day it was purchased from, it had problems with the Display, Sound Distraction, Hanging Problem and I was not able to use the Free Navigation, took it to Nokia care they replaced the display and updated the software and said it would not occur again. But it was not resolved, I again went to the nokia care and they said it will go to L3 Higher Technical Support, I had also spoken to Nokia Customer Care with complaint No.1-7378153476 Requesting them to change the Handset as I was sure enough that Handset has some in built Problem, but they assured me that it will be taken care of and if the problem persists they will replace the Handset. To my surprise even at L3 the handset was not dealt. Finally I have given hopes of handset getting repaired and request you to replace my handset, as this is the 4th time I have sent my handset to Nokia Care .the handset is only 2 months Old and bought for Rs.20, 000.I understand that amount is no small amount to let it waste for a defected piece which I bought thinking that its Nokia so it has to be best in class.
I am sure that a faulty set has been given to me and I have lost the trust in the current handset. The Product code is 0580126 .It has been currently given to the Nokia Care at Signature Communications B-100A South City -1 Gurgaon and the Job Sheet no is 282433527/090707/12 since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
