My Aqua flo Designa water purifier is not working. i called the customer care number 39883333 several times but kept on getting the recorded message to hold on and someone will take the call soon. Finally i got fed up. then fortunately I thought, a service personnel appeared. But when i mentioned the model Aquaflo Designa he said he could service only those products bought directly from the company or its sales persons and not from a retail outfit. this is ridiculous. if Eureka Forbes does not service all its models then why do they not provide that information in their booklet. Or why do they supply such models to the retailers to dupe the customer?
