I have contacted their authorised service centre on 1/4, and 24 hr service center on 2/4, 1135 hrs, complaint no 18602661177, again on line complaint register on their sit at 2306 hrs on 20/04, tkt no1129581e2319.

no action by company so far.i am still w/o good drinking water.
