Regarding the refund of a cancelled order
Order Date: April 30
Promised installation date: 30 April (max 1st of May)
Cancellation Request Date: May 1st evening (Called Euro helpline to cancel the order and got confirmation that it is done)
Current status: Refund not yet done. I have called euro helpline (3988 3333) and area manager sevaral times now and got no positive response on refund processing.
Reason for cancellation: Not meeting the promised delivery date. I had to cancel many of my planned work including my office work for this. Hostile and irresponsive nature of the sales representative.
