I am Kannan Kathirvel from Bangalore. I have ordered for a Aquagaurd Total Reviva online for my house on June 12 at 4.55PM through online by paying INR 12, 490.
My order was immediately confirmed and I got the transaction / other approval numbers,

After my payment, NO ONE FROM EUREKA FORBES CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE PRODUCT DELIVERY. Unfortunately I received a call from Eureka Forbes customer care regarding customer satisfaction feedback for the product which was not delivered at all.
I raised three complaints by calling the helpline 3988 3333 and my complaints were logged, but NO STEPS TAKEN SO FAR.
Then I logged a complaint online and it waits in Step 1 processing for more then three days without any progress.
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen so far in India.
