A third rated company u could ever come across is Eureka Forbes. I am begging for almosy 10 days & in spite of my daily compliants, no fellows heeded to my compliant. The plight of mine is, i am lootd for going to AMC for their lousy priducts. A company having no ethics & hve novice & scoundrels & rouges to cater to customer. I can't understand it's apart of pallonji group. Worst of Indian company in terms of customer care services. No one bothered to attend my call since 10 days ^& every day, they register my call with new compliant nos. The earlier call complinats were deemed to be attended. I spoke to so called service manager, who can damage the complanies image. Theweb design is such nasty that we can't access their senior group of people, who are supposed to adminster their company. Made several complaint in their feed back forms & 4 mails were sent to info@ eureka forbes.com. Nothing seems to work. I am now disgusted. MY SINCERE RECOMMENDATION TO MY FELLOW INDIANS & PUBLIC, IS PLEASE DO'NT DARE TO DEAl WITh SUCH UN ETHICAL COMPANIES THAT TARNISH THE IMAGE IN THE NAME OF AMC THEY LOOT YOU & TO MAKE A HIGH FUNDA THINGS HAVE CALL CENTER WITH NO EMPATHY FOR CUSTOMER'S CALL> .
