Its been a month since the purchase of vacuum cleaner dated 31/12.it was home delivered on 2/01 with out being given a proper reciept, even the gift promised has not been delivered along side.the sales person assured us that he would return to us in a day or two.
We have tried calling the person several times, tried even the customer care offices many a times, each time i get the reply that they would be here but have'nt turned up till date.
