Eureka Forbes
Non compliance of service contract

Sir,

For health reason I had purchase water purifier from Eureka Forbs (model: Designa) and made service contract for three years. Contract will end on 31 Dec.

As per service contract service will be provided by Eureka Forbes as required also water filter candle will be changed after every year BUT till dt candle was never changed.
