Our water purifier "aquaguard total r.o reviva" has not been working since 14 june. we bought it on 5 july and we still have 3 free services left. we made a complaint about the problem and a service man did come. but he demanded that we pay Rs.3600.
we have been purchasing water for th past 2 days.
